Ndere Island and Lake Nakuru National Park Courses Successfully Completed!

Dear Friends, I wish to report that we successfully ran two peace building courses for student leaders drawn from a total 32 new high school Wildlife Clubs in Western and Rift Valley regions of Kenya. The last course ended on Monday this week in Lake Nakuru National Park and the first one ended a week earlier in Ndere Island National Park in Lake Victoria. We thank our friends who rallied behind us to ensure we had funds for running both June courses on schedule. To finish our two year Pathways To Peace pilot study, we have two more courses scheduled to run next month in Nairobi and Mombasa and finally the National Wilderness Expedition in Loita/Nguruman Hills during August 2011 school break. Please visit our Facebook site janampeacebuilding to see some of the photos taken from the June courses. Thank you all for your continued support and interest in Janam Peace Building program.

Asanteni Sana!
